Hand and upper limb function in children with malformations, deformities, and neuromuscular conditions

Current Research:

  • Thumb kinematics: 3 dimensional motion analysis of the functional workspace of the hand (presented, in revision for publication)
  • Long term follow-up of children with upper extremity cerebral palsy (follow-up of SHC grant studying surgery vs. botulinum toxin vs. therapy, published as below)
  • Long term follow-up of children with brachial plexus birth injury who had nerve reconstruction in infancy (presented, in preparation for submission)
  • Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) Scores for Children with Brachial Plexus Birth Palsy (accepted for presentation)
  • Comparison of Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) Scores for Children with Congenital Hand and Upper Limb Malformations (accepted for presentation)
